Kim Mercer

Massage Therapist/Owner


My interest and passion about health and wellness started as a teen when I began teaching fitness classes. I went on to study various forms of healing for the mind and body. At the University of Minnesota, I worked for the Department of Recreational Sports and received my B.S. degree in Family Social Science. In 2001, I graduated from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts as a Master Level Massage Therapist (LMT). In 2012, I studied with Kirk Yoga, and became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

I have many techniques to draw from when I am working with a client to help meet their individual needs. My experience and training has allowed me to develop a customized system for assessing, treating, and preventing soft tissue injuries and chronic pain. I have spent many years practicing massage and found my niche in treating chronic pain and muscular dysfunction. It is my goal to help my clients find a sense of well-being through ways such as relaxation, reducing stress, eliminating chronic pain and increasing flexibility. The reward for me is to see my clients find relief, freedom, and vitality in their body.

Specialty techniques of study and/or certifications include: Massage Cupping, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myoskeletal Therapy, Postural Restoration Integration, Myotherapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Biomechanic Restructuring, and Pre- and Post-Natal Massage.

Heather Daves

Massage Therapist


Heather is from Arizona and is passionate about her work. She has over 10 years experience in the massage industry. She enjoys trying to find the source of your pain, not just what hurts at the moment, giving you a longer lasting feeling of relief. Heather has worked at both a chiropractic office and day spas. This has helped her to be able to incorporate both relaxing and therapeutic styles to her personal massage technique. She is very attentive and intuitive in her work. She loves assisting her client’s in their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Some of her favorite techniques include: Medical Massage, Massage Cupping, Lymphatic Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish/Relaxation, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Lomi Lomi (desert style massage), as well as some Thai and Shiatsu methods.
